If you like the format, let us know and we will get more content like this for you!

Every runner is different but losing weight to have a better chance at being efficient on these long efforts is a common theme for runners.  It's tough. It's tricky, and there isn't just one way to get there.  We talk about this on the show as well as find out where Dan is and how he is generally feeling.  The heat is tough in Texas so he has been running late at night to beat the heat.
