Caroline has been nailing her training during this whole cycle. The only thing that has given her any real trouble is the heat, until now. We trouble shoot some root causes and hope for the best.  Hope you learned something on the show today.

Candy had some great questions for her training including the regular one that leads to so much stress...Is there somewhere to relieve myself at Bandera?  Also, weights on her power hikes. Yay or Nay?  We also talk about how to mentally start framing her longer efforts in training!

Red had been putting in legit time on her legs and it is showing. When you have your biggest training week ever and didn't even know, that's a good sign. She has also been dealing with some illness and training blues but is coming out strong! Enjoy the call and hope you learned something today!

Sometimes the stars don't line up and you have to go a different direction.  This is one of those cases.  We think you will be able to relate to Kat in some ways on today's show. Enjoy!

This was a great call because it was so simple.  Searching for a huge reason to get motivated instead of of the simple ones can set us all back in our training. Sara talks about when it finally clicked for her and it's a great lesson. Hope you enjoy.

Dan tells a story about a 2am wake up and a long run followed by being out and about all day. He is also introduced to some legit hill training. The whole call was a lesson on what good steady training can look like!  Enjoy.

Oct 12, 2018

Steph is ready for her second attempt at 100 miles just a few months after her last.  We go over the course and race strategy!  We hope you enjoy the show!

Oct 11, 2018

Liza and Scott talk about the idea of running in groups NOT being a good experience and how that can easily be prevented.  They also talk about some challenges and fixes for being a virtual coach.  We hope you enjoy!

Oct 11, 2018

Susan is training for Bandera and a November 50k on the way to Texas.  She is adding a new strength training regimen so we dig in to that and how life is always evolving around her, and our, goals. Enjoy.

Oct 9, 2018

Kat and Sean get to go back and forth a bunch on this call with the coach and running client.  You'll be able to relate to at least something from the call but there is enough going on we just don't know what exactly! Enjoy.

Oct 8, 2018

Brian has some legit challenges for his schedule so we are just finding ways to make it happen without letting it overwhelm him.  Enjoy the call!
