Caroline is nailing her runs.  She is hitting all of her goals so now we are focusing on putting some urgency into picking up her pace.  The transition happens for most runners at some point in training and the time is now!

Steph knew from day one that her coaching and training would be unique from a timing and periodization standpoint.  So, when she wanted to try her second 100 miler in less than 3 months, we knew we had to find quality in her training instead of quantity. This call is all about that balance and the goals for this training cycle.
