Grady has completed his first marathon and shares that it was anticlimactic.  We took this as a good sign.  We find out what percentage of his run was running verse walking, how much he had left in the tank, and what his recovery has been like so far.  Ian Sharman helps guide his and our listeners through what his training moving forward should and will look like!

We all do this as runner's.  Check our pace too often thinking about the impending cut offs for a race 6 months away.
