Heath is a few weeks into his training plan and is dealing with a couple typical niggles that runners experience when ramping up volume so we address those issues. Liza was across the world on Reunion Island racing. It didn't go as planned but there are lessons to be learned as always!
Susan has quite the story. Losing a brother to a car accident and getting hit by one only a few years later changed her "why" when it came to running.
