Take away some tangible techniques you can implement into your life to improve your daily mindfulness. There are a couple challenge coming from today's talk:
-Take time to assess your thoughts and daily intake of TV, social media, news, etc. Create time to focus on being mindful and in the "here and now"
-Devote an entire weekend to NO TV and NO VIDEOS
